UXLabs Certified Accessibility Engineer (UCAE)

UXLabs Certified Accessibility Engineer (UCAE) is an accessibility training and certification program. Professionals who are interested in specializing accessibility to kick-of their career or enhance their existing skills can apply for this training.

If you are a professional already working on the accessibility testing front and want to enhance your career with a UCAE certification, then we are here to help you.

We conduct usability testing trainings across the globe at all major cities, on a sheculed basis. We serve all major countries in the EMEA, APAC, America region.

If your organization or you are interested in an onsite training, we will be happy to provide you onsite training at your location.

UCAE is designed for individuals or organizations whose schedule demands a self-paced approach, you decide when to take your classes and we will extend our support. There is no "set" scheduled "Usability Training & Certification" class time.

UCAE is an independent, textbook based structure. Generally speaking, you get trained on the required sections and are tested for proficiency.

Additionally, there are Supplemental Materials available in our course (consisting of pdfs, animated slides, and flash videos). These materials are not required reading for the exams, however they do promote a more thorough learning experience. There are no additional fees for the exams, and they can be retaken as many times as are necessary.

Our certification is well recognized in the business community and we take the needs of employers very seriously. Our programs are designed to offer the most flexibility while still retaining a rigorous course-load.

Our students not only learn the methodology, but they learn how to reference the material when solving a problem, whether it is during the course, or later in business.

Examination

After training you have the flexibility to choose the examination date which suits you, from our scheduled dates.

Certificate will be issued upon successfully passing the exam. The passing marks for attaining a certificate is 55%.

The UCAE examination will be of 3 hours(180 minutes) and format will be as follows

• Multiple choice question
• Problems and Solutions
• Drag and drop interfaces

The exams are delivered online at our testing centers, and can be saved and resumed. Rest assured, there are no "hidden" or "extra" fees in our programs. The enrollment fee covers all testing as well as your certification.
